DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR Duties Tubman is seeking a Development Administrator to work with the Development Officer and support the work of the development committee of the board. This position includes database management and developing database standards, overseeing all account data entry and maintenance, and establishing coding protocols. The position also is responsible for gift acknowledgements and support of the grants program by gathering data and outcomes, and establishing an efficient grant request protocol to track requests. Other duties include generating proposals, reports, correspondence, spreadsheets and preparation of board committee materials.
Qualifications An undergraduate degree is required and at least two years experience in a nonprofit environment, experience with donor database management and analysis, and familiarity with financial management and reconciliation. Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Raisers Edge.
Hours and Salary 40 hours/week. Full benefits and salary dependent on qualifications.

FAMILY ADVOCATE - YOUTH FOCUS Full-time youth advocate needed to work with children and families in domestic violence shelter program utilizing a strength-based, individualized model.
